Appearing in Court
Joint Municipal Court sessions for the Village of Big Bend and the Village of Waukesha are held at the Village Hall, located at W230 S9185 Nevins Street, Big Bend 53103. Court is held on the second Monday of each month starting at 2 p.m. for the Village of Waukesha and 5:30 p.m. for the Village of Big Bend. View the current calendar for court dates.
You are seen on a first come, first serve basis. If your citation is marked MUST APPEAR, you are required to appear in person on the indicated court date and time to enter a plea. To change a court date, please contact the Court Clerk at 262-662-4218 or send an email. Per the Judge, we do not reschedule on the day of court.Default Judgment

Default Judgment
Failure to appear in court, pay your forfeiture, or enter a not guilty plea prior to your initial court date will result in a default judgment entered against you with a plea of no contest, a finding of guilty, and penalties imposed.

- Pay in-person with cash, check or money order at the Village Hall during office hours, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
