The purpose of the Plan Commission is to maintain orderly development in the Village in accordance with the zoning code. Members of the Commission are appointed by the Village President with Board approval for three (3) year terms. The Village President shall preside as chairperson with one other Village Board member appointed. The Plan Commission meets the 4th Thursday of every month except when a Holiday falls on that day. Meetings are at 7:00 pm. Any person wishing to be on the Plan Commission agenda must submit all materials by 4:00 pm on the Thursday two (2) week prior to the meeting date. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
